・Cash on delivery handling fee: (Fee varies depending on the amount of cash on delivery)

  • Up to 9,999 yen: 330 yen (tax included)
  • Up to 29,999 yen: 440 yen (tax included)
  • Up to 99,999 yen: 660 yen (tax included)
  • Up to 300,000 yen※: 1,100 yen (tax included) ※The maximum amount for cash on delivery payment is 300,000 yen per transaction.

・Consumption tax: 10%

Payment methods・Credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB are accepted. Cash on delivery (by Yamato Transport) is also available as a payment option.
Payment timingFor credit card payments, the estimate will be finalized between our shop and the customer, and payment will be made at the time of ordering. The billing date may vary depending on the card issuer.
Validity period of estimateAfter issuing the estimate, it is valid for one month.
Defects and problemsFor any defects caused by our fault that occurred within 7 days from the arrival of the repaired item, we will respond with re-repair.
引Delivery timeWe will deliver your order within a certain number of days depending on the repair content after we have received your order. In case of delay due to inclement weather, delivery company’s circumstances, or other reasons, we will inform you by email or other means.
Cancellation policy
  1. About cancellation:
  • If the customer cancels the repair before the repair work is started for personal reasons, we will return it with postage due.
  • If our company determines that the repair is impossible before the repair work is started, we will return it at our expense. *However, if the item received before the order stage or consultation stage is explained as an unreparable item, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • If the repair work has already been progressed, we cannot cancel it. Please note this in advance.
  1. About the return of the repaired product: We have a sufficient shipping system to send the repaired product, but we cannot be responsible or offer cancellations for any problems that may arise during shipping or in transit. Please understand this.
