Terms of Service
Superior Polish (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) provides repair, polishing, cleaning, and other services. The following terms and conditions are set forth for your use.
Eligibility for use:
・Those who can be contacted by the registered telephone number.
・Those who can use the services in accordance with the terms and conditions of Superior Polish (If you cannot use the service in accordance with the terms and conditions, we may unilaterally terminate the contract).
・Those who use the items for personal use only (We do not accept use for resale purposes).
When using our service:
・Services such as repair, polishing, cleaning, color correction, etc. provided by Superior Polish do not guarantee the same condition as when purchased as new. Please understand that it is to repair and supplement the current damaged areas, and that the repair materials and paints used are not original manufacturer’s products.
・We may not be able to accept items that are wet, severely deteriorated or damaged, or have been contaminated with blood, dirt, or large amounts of animal hair, etc.
・The adhesive on the previously peeled off area may come off again. If you want to re-adhere, additional charges will apply.
・For stretch orders, there may be cases where the material or structure hardly stretches and the effect cannot be guaranteed.
・For items that have been in use for more than 5 years or are expensive, unexpected damage may occur. Please notify us in advance.
・Service fees may be changed due to various circumstances.
・When depositing items, even if you are in a hurry, please check with the person in charge for the presence of stains, scratches, tears, dirt, peeling, accessories, etc. We cannot accept complaints due to check omissions or oversights.
・Polyurethane-based products may deteriorate over time, which may cause damage, and we cannot accept complaints in the event of damage. Please confirm in advance.
・We recommend that the person who deposited the item receives and confirms the item, and discusses any details related to the work. If the item is deposited by a representative, the work will be done based on the details discussed during the deposit. We cannot accept any complaints regarding issues that were not mentioned during the discussion or misunderstandings between the representative and the person who deposited the item.
・We may refuse to provide our services if we suspect that the requests we receive are for resale or involve a large number of identical items.
Regarding delivery
・If you deposited the item at the store, please bring the “customer copy” that we provided at the time of deposit. We may not be able to return the item if you cannot bring or lost it.
・The item will be stored for a period of three months starting from the delivery date (or the repair completion date if the delivery date was not specified at the time of the order). We cannot be held responsible for any damages, loss, or deterioration of the item after this period, and the storage fee will be charged to the customer.
・If the item is not picked up within one year after the delivery date and we cannot contact you using the registered phone number, we will dispose of the item. In this case, we will not refund the service fee or provide any compensation for the disposal.
・When picking up the item, please confirm the number and condition of the items with our staff.
Regarding warranty
・We cannot accommodate subjective requests related to the texture, comfort, or excessive demands based on social norms.
・If there are any defects or unclear points regarding the work done after delivery, please do not use the item and contact us within two weeks of the delivery date. For items that have not been used and contacted us within two weeks, we will usually handle the issue through reprocessing.
・If the repair is difficult, we will discuss whether compensation is possible based on our criteria.
・The compensation price will be determined based on your declaration, manufacturer’s sales information, and information from third-party institutions. We cannot provide any compensation for the added value of limited edition items, etc.
・The age of the item will be determined based on your declaration, manufacturer’s sales information, and information from third-party institutions.
・In any case, the compensation amount will not exceed the acquisition cost of the item.
・We do not provide any compensation or accept complaints for items that have been used once or are over two weeks old since delivery.
